How do the licences work with Acronis for Microsoft Office 365 Print

With Acronis, you can create backups for Office 365 Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint Online. You can also create backups of shared mailboxes.

The licences in Acronis are defined as seats. A seat is one of the following:

• A user with Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business (1 seat)
• A shared mailbox in Exchange Online (1 seat)
• A Sharepoint Online website (1 seat)

Example Office 365 license calculations for Acronis

• 5 users for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business. You need 5 licences.
• 10 users for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business, one share mailbox. You need 6 licences.
• 1 user for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business, 10 shared mail boxes. You need 11 licences.
• 100 users for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business, 10 Sharepoint Online sites. You need 110 licences.
• 200 users for Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business, 20 shared mail boxes and 50 Sharepoint Online sites. You need 270 licences.
