How can I cancel my service?

You can cancel your service any time unless your contract says otherwise. When requesting the cancellation you can choose to terminate the service direct or at the end of the billing period. When you choose to terminate your service direct the service will be terminated within 24 hours. If you choose at the end of the billing period the service will be cancelled at the last day of the billing period.

1. Go to Services -> My Services.
2. Click on View Details.
3. Click on Management Actions.
4. Click on Request Cancellation.
5. Fill in a reason (like I have cancelled the website).
6. Choose when you want to terminate the service: direct or at the end of the billing period
7. Confirm the cancellation request
8. The cancellation will be confirmed via e-mail
