Setting outgoing Email Limits per Hosting Plan in WHM

To help manage server resources efficiently and limit outgoing spam, you can set hourly email limits specific to each hosting package in WHM. Here's how.

You can also configure outgoing e-mail limits per account of globally on the server.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Login to WHM
   • Visit https://yourserverhostname:2087
   • Login with your root credentials.
2. Navigate to Edit a Package
   • Use the search bar on the left side, type "Edit a Package".
   • Select Edit a Package from the results.
3. Select Your Hosting Plan
   • Choose the hosting plan you wish to modify from the dropdown menu, then click Edit.
4. Set the Hourly Email Limit
   • Locate the setting Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed.
   • Enter the desired hourly email limit (e.g., 100).
5. Save Your Changes
   • Scroll down and click Save Changes.
