Everything that is not listed on this page and that is not illegal by the Dutch law, is allowed to be hosted with Yourwebhoster.eu. Also content for adults (like adult websites, 18+ websites) is allowed as long as it is legal according to the Dutch law.
What content is not allowed?
The list is is not the complete list of disallowed content. Please make sure that everything is legal according to the Dutch law.
- Publications without a license.
- Example: movies, software, books, music, etc.. Also facilitating the possibility to download illegal content (like Torrents or nzbs) is not allowed.
- Phising websites.
- Fake products
- Sending spam or facilitating this.
- Damaging other devices on the internet or facilitating this.
- Naked pictures of minors (< 18 years)

For this kind of service it is not allowed to host a proxy website. With a proxy website the content gets downloaded from a source and is streamed (or semi-streamed) to the visitor. This is a resource intensive task and therefore it is not allowed to be hosted on a webhosting or reseller webhosting service. You can use a managed VPS to host websites like this.
What happens if illegal content is found?
Depending on the situation we can suspend the service. This means that the service can not be used until the problems are resolved. If the problems do not get resolved, we can shut down the service permanently which means that the service will not get back online and that we will delete the data. In case of abuse we will not give you a refund.
My website is hacked and is abused, what happens now?
We understand that it is possible that a website get's hacked, despite the effort to prevent this. We will suspend the website to prevent further damage and contact you about this. You can clean up the website or install a new website. Afterwards you can bring the website back online.
